ABOUT THE COMPETITION

MAJOR PRIZE

Q. WHAT IS THE MAJOR PRIZE?
A. The major prize will be revealed during the first episode of All 4 Adventure airing on Channel 10 on 26th November, 2023. More information will be updated on the competition microsite shortly afterwards.

ENTERING AND PRE-REGISTRATION

Q. HOW DO I ENTER?
A. To enter, register online or log into your account from last series in order to receive your first entry into the Live the All 4 Adventure Dream competition.

Q. IF I ENTERED THE COMPETITION LAST YEAR, DO I NEED TO REGISTER AGAIN?
A. No, you may log into your account from last year to receive your first entry. If you registered for a competition earlier than that, you may need to re-register.

Q. WHAT DOES PRE-REGISTRATION MEAN?
When you pre-register to the Live the All 4 Adventure Dream competition, your Series 15 competition account is created and you receive your first entry into the competition.

Q. IF I PRE-REGISTER DO I HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF WINNING?
No - once the competition has ended, the competition winner is selected at random from the total number of submitted valid entries as stated in the competition T&C’s.

ELIGIBILITY

Q. DO I NEED TO BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD TO WIN?
A. Yes, you will need to be over the age of 18 in order to register for the competition.

Q. DO I NEED TO BE AN AUSTRALIAN RESIDENT TO WIN?
A. Yes, you are required to be an Australian resident in order to register for the competition.

Q. CAN I CREATE MULTIPLE COMPETITION ACCOUNTS?
A. No, only one competition account is allowed per person, as stated in the competition T&C’s. Any person found to have more than one competition account will be disqualified.

BONUS KEYWORDS

Q. WHERE DO I FIND THE TV BONUS KEYWORDS?
A. Watch All 4 Adventure: Carson to CREB each Sunday on TEN from 26th November, 2023 to find the tv bonus keyword in that episode. Once you have registered on the competition site, enter your keywords to claim your entries.

Q. I MISSED AN EPISODE OF ALL 4 ADVENTURE ON TV - HOW DO I FIND THE WEEKLY KEYWORD?
A. Each episode of All 4 Adventure: Carson to CREB will be uploaded to Unleashed.tv shortly after airing on TV. You can catch up on the full episode (ad-free!) to claim the weekly keyword at your leisure.

Q. WHERE DO I FIND ONLINE BONUS KEYWORDS?
A. Weekly clues as to where you can find online bonus keywords can be found on the competition dashboard page, once you have registered for the competition.

Q. HOW LONG ARE ALL OF THE BONUS KEYWORDS AVAILABLE?
A. The bonus keywords will begin to appear in the weekly TV episodes and online. Whilst they will initially be locked, more opportunities to claim these keywords will become available as the competition progresses.

Q. How do I submit my entries?
A. Your entries are submitted as soon as you’ve unlocked a correct keyword, as indicated with the green keyword box and unlocked icon. Find your number of submitted entries at the top of your user dashboard.

UNLEASHED.TV BONUS KEYWORD

Q. WHAT IS THE UNLEASHED.TV BONUS KEYWORD?
A. The Unleashed Bonus keyword is an initiative from Jase to give back to active Unleashed.tv subscribers, the hardcore fans, by giving some All-Time value for supporting us.

Q. HOW DOES THE UNLEASHED.TV BONUS KEYWORD WORK?
A. Unlike other bonus keywords, the Unleashed Bonus keyword is a one-time, single-use keyword that can only be used once per active subscription account.

Q. WHAT BENEFITS DOES ENTERING THE UNLEASHED.TV BONUS KEYWORD GIVE ME?
A. Once entered into your Live the All 4 Adventure Dream competition dashboard, the Unleashed Bonus keyword will DOUBLE your entries into the Series 15 Live the All 4 Adventure Dream competition. It will also automatically populate the weekly TV keywords into your Dashboard as the show progresses throughout Series 15.

Q. WHERE CAN I FIND THE UNLEASHED.TV BONUS KEYWORD?
A. The Unleashed Bonus keyword is located within the dashboard of your active Unleashed.tv subscription once you have logged in.

Q. I’M NOT CURRENTLY AN UNLEASHED.TV SUBSCRIBER - CAN I STILL GET THIS KEYWORD IF I SIGN UP NOW?
A. Yes - the Unleashed Bonus keyword and the benefits of using the keyword will be available for all active subscribers (existing and new) throughout the competition period.

Q. DO I NEED TO GET THE UNLEASHED.TV BONUS KEYWORD IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE COMPETITION MAJOR PRIZE?
A. No - The unleashed.tv bonus keyword will provide you with DOUBLE ENTRIES into the Series 15 Live the All 4 Adventure Dream competition. It will also automatically populate the weekly TV keywords into your Dashboard as the show progresses.

Having more entries into the competition will increase your odds of winning, but claiming the Unleashed.tv bonus keyword is not a requirement of entry.

Problems with logging in

Q. I REGISTERED FOR THE COMPETITION WHY I CAN'T LOGIN?

A. If you tried to login and got the error message “These credentials do not match our records. Either your password or email or both were typed in wrong. Please double check your details and try again.” try the following:
Make sure that your email and chosen password are typed in correctly and try again.
Be sure that you registered after 11th November 2022 and if so try a password reset here.
* Don’t forget to check your spam / junk folder if you did not receive a password reset email.
If resetting your password does not work, you can try registering an account here.
It is also possible that you did not enter the correct email when you registered.

Problems Registering an account

Q. What does "The email has already been taken" or "The email has already been registered, login or try a password reset" error message mean when I try to register?

A. If you got the above error message it means you are already registered for the competition and you can do a password reset here.
* Don’t forget to check your spam / junk folder if you do not receive a password reset email.

Bad Gateway

Q. What does "Bad Gateway" error message mean?

A. The Bad Gateway error is just a temporary issue when the site is experiencing a large amount of traffic. Try refreshing the pages or coming back in a few minutes.
